ClimateLineAir™ 11 Oxy is a heated PAP tube with an integrated oxygen port, designed for patients who need supplemental oxygen. It features a slim, flexible profile that is engineered to simplify setup and support a more comfortable therapy experience, while helping reduce condensation and support consistent humidification. Resmed has voluntarily submitted ClimateLineAir™ 11 Oxy to Medicare’s Pricing, Data Analysis, and Coding (PDAC) contractor for a coding decision. PDAC does not require coding verification for heated tubing, nor does it imply or guarantee claim reimbursement or coverage once coding is determined. ClimateLineAir 11 Oxy may still be billed to Medicare and other payers without a PDAC coding determination. Until PDAC issues its decision, Resmed is not recommending a specific HCPCS code. Suppliers are responsible for selecting the appropriate code based on HCPCS definitions and payer guidance.
